Apple and Cinamon Tea Time Treats

Sometimes you just want something small and sweet. These little cakes are a perfect example of great home baking. We think they are perfect at any time with a cuppa or as a mini dessert served warm with custard, these are a real favourite. They combine a layer of buttery shortcrust pastry, Bramley apple, a hint of warming cinnamon spice topped with a light vanilla sponge.
