This is a generous single portion dessert, approx. 130g per pud.
A rich, all butter, Victoria sponge, studded with raspberries and topped with a sprinkling of crumble, delicious served warm with custard or freshly whipped cream and a spoon of fresh raspberries – yum!
These products are all quickly blast frozen after baking for maximum quality. You just need to thaw and serve.
To heat: Remove from foil and place on baking tray in a hot oven for 10 minutes or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
